The icicles on this historic home speak to the harsh New England winter we have endured, which while beautiful is also cold and unforgiving. It has been a season of unrelenting storms resulting in not inches but feet of accumulated snow – more in some areas than others. I feel lucky to be in Connecticut where we have had “only” a few feet!
